GF Waga offers a variety of technical solutions for gas and water applications. They are sustainable, safe, maintenance-free and cost-efficient products that are used worldwide for transport lines, distribution lines, home connections and service lines.
Product
The MULTI/JOINT® 3000 Plus is an ingenious cast iron fitting for repairing pipes in gas and water supply networks without the need for additional tools. This cast iron fitting has a clamping and sealing system that takes effect when the bolts are tightened. This makes it a quick, safe and easy solution.
The goal
The goal of this project was to produce a snappy product animation that fits the GF Waga branding. It was supposed to provide information, provide insight into how the product works and highlight its benefits. The animation had to be useful for both explanation and marketing/sales to convince the target audience of B2B customers.
Our solution
For this animation, we wanted to give an aesthetic, modernized feel to a technical product animation. By combining the dark background with the right lighting and setup, we emphasized the benefits and gave the visualization a smooth feel. With extra layers of short text and explanatory graphics, we let the animation speak for itself without needing a voice-over. In addition to the full animation, we produced high-resolution stills with a transparent background that GF Waga could use for a variety of expressions.
final result
An important role in this production was played by the edit. To make the feel of this animation very dynamic, fast and snappy, we've tailored the scenes to the timing of the music.
process
We used different perspectives to highlight the USPs of this product. Using references, we created an exploded view that accurately represented the mechanisms. In the detail shots, we made sure that the textures were displayed perfectly.
outcomes
