This project was commissioned by and in collaboration with B2B agency Admix. With more than 7,000 employees, the Xella Group is one of the leading, internationally operating suppliers of building and insulation materials. Xella is one of the world's largest producers of aerated concrete and calcium silicate units.
Product
Manufacturers Xella and Hebel have joined forces, resulting in the safest and most practical fire protection measures on the market. These fire wall anchors from manufacturer Xella, in combination with aerated concrete slabs from Hebel, protect the building against fire for at least 360 minutes.
The goal
Xella needed two animations. One on fusion anchoring with an informative character highlighting the assembly and working mechanism of the product in the event of a fire. The second about heat accumulation with an informative and activating character.
Our solution
We have made a technical animation that shows step by step the technical side of both the wall plate and the fire wall anchor and their efficiency during a major fire.
final result
The style of the animation focuses solely on the product rather than the environment, emphasizing the main goal: raising awareness among the customers.
process
By using 3D animation we were able to create an accurate and realistic visualization of the simulation.
outcomes
Animation enabled Xella to reach their target audience without the product being operational.
