Lagersmit serves the global maritime, dredging, tidal energy, water management and industrial markets with high-quality sealing solutions. Lagersmit has been based in the Netherlands since 1856 and has one mission: to provide Peace of Mind with the best sealing solutions for ships, pumps and tidal turbines.

Product

Lagersmit's sealing solutions add quality and reliability to ships, pumps or tidal turbines. Examples of applications include seals for marine propulsion axles, bow thrusters, gearboxes, tidal turbines and pump shafts.

The goal

Lagersmit asked Studio Analoog to make animations for a selection of their products to convince both technically and commercially focused people of their added value. The goal was to have a set of animations that can be used on the website, in presentations, on social media, in sales calls and at conferences.

Our solution

We started with one complete informative animation. In addition, we created a slightly different design, storyline and format for all other videos. The animations were supposed to illustrate all the technical aspects, specifications and unique properties of the product in order to convince both technically minded and more commercially minded people of Lagersmit's added value.

The products are shown realistically. The animations are sleek and styled with graphics on and around the products that highlight specific features and USPs.
